Man United has made a major goodwill gesture by offering all of its employees a day off to watch the Europa League final
Red Devils has granted all of its employees a day off to watch the Europa League final, which takes place tonight.
In Gdansk, Man United the face Villarreal, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer aiming to win his first trophy as manager.
The Premier League runners-up would normally throw a big celebration and show the game on a big screen.
However, because to coronavirus limitations, the backroom staff is unable to watch the European match together.
After a difficult season, Man United is allowing staff to take today or tomorrow off as a goodwill gesture.
Everyone will also receive a “front room final party bundle,” which includes beverages, food, free merchandise, and takeaway coupons.
“Unfortunately, we aren’t able to come together to watch the match as we typically would,” a United email to workers said.
“However, it’s critical that we commemorate this moment and recognize Ole’s and the team’s successes, as well as everyone at the club’s hard work.
“As a result, we’re bringing the Europa League celebration to your house. There will be a day off included in this.
