Chelsea chase Erling Haaland despite the spectacular transfer, Dortmund demands a whopping £172 million for the attacker.

Romelu Lukaku declared that he is happy at Inter and does not think to leave even though Antonio Conte left, so Chelsea needs to find another player for role.

According to rumours, Chelsea has held conversations with Erling Haaland about a possible summer transfer.

Real Madrid, Barcelona, and both Manchester teams are all interested in the Borussia Dortmund striker, who is now the hottest property on the market after the board of PSG made it clear that Kylian Mbappe is not moving this summer.

The Blues, though, may have the upper hand, with Roman Abramovich willing to pay a £154.5 million pound transfer – Dortmund’s asking price.

Haaland’s future remains uncertain, according to journalist Kristof Terreur, though he did reveal conversations between Champions League winners Chelsea and the 20-year-old.

Chelsea have history when it comes for big-money transfers from Bundesliga, last summer they signed Kai Havertz from Leverkusen for £72m and Timo Werner from RB Leipzig for £47m.

Both played important roles in the Champions League campaign.

Haaland’s future remains uncertain, according to journalist Kristof Terreur, though he did reveal conversations between Champions League winners Chelsea and the 20-year-old.

“I know there have been negotiations with Haaland’s representatives before,” he told The Football Terrace, “but Haaland is a difficult one to forecast as well.” according to The Sun.
